Stephanie Wood is an associate in Mayer Brown’s New York office and a member of the Tax Transactions & Consulting practice.  Prior to joining Mayer Brown, Stephanie worked at PricewaterhouseCoopers in New York as a Tax Associate in the Banking, Capital Markets, and Insurance group.
