Magdalena Schenone is an associate in Mayer Brown’s Banking & Finance practice, focusing on fund finance matters. Magdalena represents domestic and foreign financial institutions, as well as investment funds and private equity sponsors in a wide range of secured and unsecured finance transactions, including subscription-backed credit facilities, hybrid and Net Asset Value (NAV) facilities. Magdalena has experience representing both borrowers and lenders (individually and as agent) in bilateral as well as syndicated financing transactions.
