HSBC Innovation Banking’s Strategic Fund Solutions (“SFS”) team is responsible for managing key aspects of the bank’s relationships with its Private Equity, Private Credit and Venture Capital clients. SFS optimises the client experience through dedicated relationship management and delivering the breadth of the bank’s products to this sector, including banking, lending, treasury, and foreign exchange. This role is part of SFS’ Debt Finance team which focuses on structuring, credit analysis and execution of Fund Finance facilities.

As a Vice President in SFS’s Debt Finance team, this position will be assigned as lead on dedicated portfolio of Private Equity and Venture Capital clients, covering a range of Facility structures including Capital Call, NAV, GP/Manc Co and FX. This position will assist the senior management team in delivering the team’s goals in maintaining a high-quality Debt Finance service for SFS’s top tier clients.
